A chance to explore the exciting firing technique of Raku. During the workshop you will have the chance to learn different ways of creating raku glaze designs & then glaze your own piece ready to be fired. You’ll see the magic of raku before your eyes, from kiln, to fire & into water before the scrub up begins.

The pieces of work will be ready to take home at the end of the session.

All materials will be supplied including bisque fired pieces. You can choose one piece of bisque ware to work with but more will be available to purchase should you fall in love with more than one!

If you work with clay already & want to bring your own pieces, please contact moon fire clay to check suitability & size.

This is a social, networking style event as well, so cake & tea will of course be provided.
